Seth helped us in an emergency call where our home was completely flooded when we were on vacation. They came within 1 hour on a weekend and were able to get the whole home on a path towards drying out the same day. This was not a simple task considering it was a 2 story home that was completely flooded with steaming hot water upstairs and downstairs. They were extremely helpful and honest which is so important when you are in a helpless situation.
I recently had a much smaller water leak and he came out within an hour of calling (again on a Sunday) to assess the damage. He let me know everything would be alright but still put a dehumidifier up and set us up on a path towards drying out to ensure no further damage.
I trust Seth and his team explicitly and feel lucky to get to work with such an honest person especially during emergency situations.

I knew I had mold so got 3 quotes for removal. Before I had the quotes I felt I wanted Seth to do it because he has an easy way about him. My luck his quote was the lowest. First, he couldn’t start until Monday so on Friday he brought over a dehumidifier, air scrubber and mask. He showed up exactly when he said he would and got going on the containment. I was constantly asking questions and he answered every one.
Once he was done he recommended a really great company for the clearance testing (CHMI). When it didn’t pass (through no fault of Seth’s) he came back twice to make sure he did all he could to make sure it passed the 2nd time which it did.
Even now a week after it was done he is helping me with something. This company is really good.

My insurance agent recommended Seth for a water leak in my floor. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job, I knew immediately I wanted him to be in charge of the total restoration process. In addition to his repairs, he brought in & oversaw the entire replacement of new flooring, carpet & wall repair.
He was available at all times for any questions and/or concerns. This occurred during the time he and his wife had twins (a son & daughter).
