We offer free inspections to home owners or to tenants who have authorization from their land lords. If your address is within 60 miles of 92677 there is no fee for inspection. Outside of 60 miles would have a $150.00 inspection fee, which is applicable to the job invoice if McCaa Restoration is contracted to render servics.

Yes! We can render two types of tests, we partner with Mold inspectors who can render an encapsulated test which requires a containment to be set up and isolate the in area in question. 

The second test that is available is an Air Quality test, an air sample is tested in a neutral space, such as outdoors, an a test sample is taken from the area in question. If the air quality is showing a higher spore and culture reading than the neutral test, it does indicate your area is effected with Mold.

Yes, we work with your insurance agent and assigned adjuster to ensure the claim submitting process is easy and painless. We can provide an estimate or an insurance required exactimate 

We are happy to assist in providing a free inspection to tenants and renters, we do require you to have landlord approval prior to inspecting. 

Yes, we are a full service restoration company. We can handle everything from A-Z for your loss or repair. We can provide you an estimate for your requested remediation services and if you would like an estimate for repair services we can provide you or your adjuster one for approval.

If your loss is going to total less than your deductible, or you are concerned about establishing a claim history, our team is happy to work with you on an out-of-pocket job estimate. 

Absolutely! We provide all remediation jobs with a Certificate of Completion which guarantees your work was performed at and above California State Standards. We provide a 2 year warranty on our work which excludes any new damage due to a different leak or loss.
